We moved into new premises on 24 November 2006. These are situated on the ground floor (which we share with Gosport Voluntary Action) of Martin Snape House, 96 Pavilion Way, St George Barracks, Gosport PO12 1GE. This is off Clarence Road/Ordnance Road and behind Morrisons supermarket in Gosport town centre. For map see Main Office.

Since April 2007 we have been operating a ‘Gateway Interview’ procedure , where an Adviser makes an initial assessment of what your particular need is and how we can best help you. For example, this can be providing self-help materials or leaflets on the day, and/or a further appointment which can be, if your need is particularly urgent, on the same day as the Gateway Interview.
The aim of this procedure is to reduce waiting time and to provide the most appropriate and efficient manner of helping you.

Appointments for the main bureau or for the outreaches, can be made by phoning (023) 9252 0112, or through an adviser.

Since Monday 3 December 2007, we have been providing an enhanced Telephone Advice service 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) from 10am to 4pm each day. The new telephone number for Gosport and Fareham clients is 0844 477 2232, but please be aware that this is a number which costs 5p per minute from a BT landline at all times. This service will be provided in conjunction with Fareham CAB, thus enabling 5 day cover. For further details see
New Phone Service.

Administration tel. no. is (023) 9252-0112.
Our E-mail address is: gosportcab@lineone.net, but we regret that at present we are not able to give advice by email.
