LODDON Sherpas Badminton Club

Loddon Sherpas Badminton Club was formed in the summer of 2005 by the merger of two long-standing members of the Basingstoke and District Badminton League.

Club and match nights are held on Mondays from September to April at Basingstoke Sports Centre from 7.40 pm. We hire five courts, two of which are used for matches, and play with feather shuttles. The first club night of the 2008/09 season will be held on Monday 1st. September.

The club runs two Men’s, two Ladies and two Mixed teams in the Basingstoke and District League and we welcome members of intermediate standard and above able and willing to play competitively. We currently have vacancies in all our teams for players of practiced standard able and willing to play matches.

So if you are;

· Looking for a club to join having just moved into the Basingstoke area and have played at a high standard.

· Playing for a club and would prefer to play on a Monday evening or just looking for a change.
