Mr  R.W.C. FLETCHER
1851 - 1928

Mr Ralph Warneford Cresswell Fletcher was the owner of the 277 acre Hatch Grange Estate, West End, from 1872 - 1928. He was born in Gloucestershire in 1851 and was educated at Eton and Trinity College, Cambridge. Prior to his marriage he was the Captain of the 8^th Hampshire Rifle Volunteer Corps. Being the sole heir to his father's estate, the "Manor of Hatch Grange" was acquired for him in his youth.                                                               Continued on page 2
